If I order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, when will my product be dispatched?

If you order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your order will be processed on the following Monday.

What happens if I want to return an item?

We offer a ‘No Quibble’ 14-day Returns Policy. . All that we ask is that you please return the item – unused, in its original packaging and saleable – within 14 days of receipt. For more information on how to return an item, please view our returns page

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We sell gift vouchers in £5, £10, £20, £50 and £100 values.

Do you ship overseas?

The majority of our products can be sent overseas, but their are some exceptions that can not be exported if this is the case it will be highlighted in the product description. We ship to all countries outside of the UK on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that you are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on your item(s). Please see further information in the delivery details section.
